Hey Guys…
Hope you all are doing great. I am also doing great.🤩
Hectic work days as usual.. but still finding things to feel the pleasure of being alive.
Recently I feel like my brain has dried out 🤯of not reading any books. My thought process and vocabulary has gone so limited and poor that makes me feel not so mee. For quite some time I had not been reading anything. Just was so occupied with the work. I am basically not a workaholic but I get quite drawn into something that I develop an interest on. So for the past few months I was just drawn deep into just my work…research!!! But deep inside somewhere I feel as if I am missing myself. The old confident, Social, Smart, me…
And I am in search of myself…Just trying to find me in myself.
Its been few days I wanted to read this one book called “Asura” by Anand Neelakantan.
Happened to hear about this book from my friend. Its seemed quite interesting to me.
The art of viewing one topic from different perspective which is totally opposite to the normal natural flow. It’s beautiful and courageous. Don’t you think so? It’s not anything normally a being could do. And to add the beauty, this book is not just viewing the topic in a different perspective but also making the readers view and acknowledge it. The writer, as if he were a magician is taking us to a parallel universe. Wow!!!!!
Isn’t it beautiful?…..yes Magnificent!!!!
I just fell in love with this art.
I always had an urge to view things from a different angle. As if I were in their shoes…
And it’s quite interesting and neutral state. When you do this you actually cannot blame anyone. Everyone has there own reason to do something or to say something.
So getting back to this art by Anand Neelakantan(ASURA), just purchased it yesterday. And has begun the journey through this parallel universe (in my way of saying) of Anand.
Yesterday I could read only the first two chapters. It’s quite captivating. Here we view the Ramayana in a different angle; In this book RAMA, the Hindu god (myself I am a devotee)- hero of Ramayana is not the main character; Here our hero is RAVANA -The villain of the Hindu mythology. Even this just two chapters has created an interest for Ravan in me.
I am so excited to read more and explore this piece of art.I believe it would help me to extend the degree of freedom for my consciousness. I will update you about this as I travel with Ravan…..
MAYBE EVERY VILLIAN IS A HERO…
Who knows…
Just lend your ears …may be you could hear the voice of voiceless.
Just pretend to be them…may be you could see a different version of them.
Every villain is a hero in some ones story and every hero is a villain in some ones story. So we can’t just be perfect for everyone, everytime.
And we can’t live to please everyone.
Just be you.
Always remember;
“Be the hero of your own story”
