It's OK to be Anxious..

I would like to share with you a post I happened to see few days back. Its just a normal one but just stroked hard for me.
People who often feel anxious in their daily lives tend to remain surprisingly calm when real-life emergencies happen. It seems that dealing with there own anxiety has taught them to stay composed when it really matters. This is a bit puzzling but also really inspiring
Well I found this sooo.. true 💯and thought of sharing with you.
I am an anxious person who fights with my anxiety in my day to day life. But as said in this I do surprisingly see myself very composed and handling the situation efficiently when an emergency happens.
One of the worst emergency that has panned in my life so far is my fathers demise. When that happened ,it happened in the most worst possible way it could be. He met with an accident and suffered a burnt injury of 85% and passed away by heart attack. He was in abroad and his deceased body was in such a condition that it was difficult to be identified. It took hard damn ten days to bring him back to our home with all law and procedure clearance from abroad. Those ten days my mom was not aware that he’s no more. The only thing she was aware was that he’s badly injured and she was unconscious hearing that. She’s so fragile that she couldn’t even bear this so we decided to not disclose this to my until my dads deceased body is hear. It was a great task for me to handle this situation, completely broken inside and act outside as if nothing has happened. But for my mom ,so as not to loose her too ,I was so calm. I know my relatives and friends would have thought I might be stone hearted or something. My heart was actually bleeding but my lips fakes for my mom.
I even remember a friend of mine saying ,"looks like your not so hurt ..may be because your dad used to be abroad and he’s not with you everyday.. WTF man ….what if he’s not with me every day.. he’s my dad and he’s the person whom i love the most in the world. But what to do.. our pity society is not matured enough to understand what other people going through.

Being anxious in your day to day life is ok.
It’s ok to be anxious, its ok if you shed tears over anything. All these makes you strong. The real you. You are actually training yourself to handle something big alone when the time comes. At the end of the day all it matters is how you bounce back.❤️
So to all the anxious bees out there…fighting….we got this…💪💪💪(I know how you fell …always remember “ this shall too pass”)
Its ok to be to be scared.
Being scared means you are about to do something really, really brave…
